Participants who complete the program will have the opportunity to earn a fitness membership certificate (facility of their choice) and a fruit & vegetable prescription voucher to help support lifestyle changes. Each household will receive a Path to Walking Well Tools for Success Kit on the last day of class. One raffle prize will be drawn at the end of each class.
Main Dish and water provided: We invite you to bring a vegetable or fruit side dish to share. We invite you to join our Wateca (wah tetch uh) Challenge! We challenge you to join us in returning to our traditional practices by bringing your own dinnerware and utensils to our gatherings. In this way, we can also honor our tradition of sharing leftovers.
