It’s official! The Fourth Annual Nłʔay “En-th-a-eye” Indigenous Film Festival is in the works! We at MUIHC are diligently working to bring you another selection of indigenous-made films that highlight positive messages about identity and connection to culture. This year’s IFF will again be held at the Missoula Community Theatre on Saturday, March 21st, and Sunday, March 22nd.
So many local Missoula businesses and support services have supported the IFF through the years to ensure that our community can enjoy indigenous films. That’s why we hold the IFF at the Missoula Community Theatre, why we partner with the Missoula Art Museum to showcase beautiful local art, and why you have the option to pay for admission to the IFF with a canned goods donation to the Missoula Food Bank: we want to support local business in the same way we’ve been supported. Sponsorship goes towards the cost of featuring one of the films, bringing in an indigenous speaker to lead a panel discussion after a film, or covering costs to bring the director of one of the featured films to the event.
Sponsorship not only keeps the IFF sustainable for following years, but also makes the IFF 100% community-driven!
